Community Clip Usage Guidelines

Approved clips may be downloaded for fan edits, commentary, reaction content, compilations, and community clip channels.

  • Credit Jiya Bharti / Invadingdarkness when practical.
  • Do not use clips to impersonate Jiya.
  • Do not use clips for harassment, hate, sexualisation, defamation, scams, or misleading advertising.
  • Do not falsely suggest endorsement of a person, product, or political campaign.
  • Do not sell original unedited clips.
  • Do not use clips to train, generate, clone, or modify content with artificial intelligence.
  • No AI voice cloning.
  • No AI face replacement or deepfakes.
  • No generative-AI edits.
  • Do not remove watermarks where present.
  • Commercial use requires written permission.
  • Jiya Bharti / Invadingdarkness may request removal of content that breaches these rules.
